Telegram bot for shop owners: daily summary, balance and approvals

Connecting the bot

In the mobile app, tap “Open bot” in the “Telegram bot” section — Telegram opens. In the bot, share your number with the “Telefon raqamini yuborish” (Send phone number) button, then enter the one-time code that arrives by SMS. The number must match your number in pDaftar. After that the main menu opens. The bot itself speaks Uzbek or Russian, so its buttons are quoted here in Uzbek with a translation.

If you have several shops, they are all in one bot: the list is under “Bizneslarim” (My businesses), and the daily summary arrives for each shop. The app itself has a short introduction to what the bot gives you: a daily report, adding records by voice, and keeping an eye on several businesses from one bot.

The daily business summary

The summary has two parts. The first is customers: who took how much on credit today, who paid how much, and each one’s current balance, with totals by currency. The second is suppliers: today’s stock-in and payments, and the overall balance. It is all in one message, and reading it takes a minute.

You choose the time under “Sozlamalar” (Settings) → “Kunlik hisobot vaqti” (Daily report time) — one of the evening hours, in half-hour steps. If you like, you can also have a daily XLSX report arrive together with the summary.

Balance, plan and supplier actions

Under “Hisoblarim” (My accounts) you see your current plan, main balance and referral balance. The “Balansni to‘ldirish” (Top up balance) button lets you top up your wallet right in the bot — no need to switch to the app. When your plan is about to expire, you can extend it through the bot as well.

When a supplier who uses pDaftar records a stock-in or a payment for you, the bot sends you a confirmation request with two buttons: “Qabul qilaman” (Accept) and “Rad etaman” (Decline). Accept, and the entry lands in your ledger; decline, and the supplier is notified.

Voice entries and notifications

Send the bot a voice message and the text is recognized and offered as an entry — the fastest way to record a debt or a payment while you are on the road. Which shop it is recorded in is set under “Sozlamalar” → “Ovozli xabarlar uchun asosiy biznes” (Default business for voice messages).

The bot also tells you about every new debt and payment — while your sellers work, you follow what is happening in the shop from Telegram. This section is connected only from the mobile app.

There are two more things under “Sozlamalar”. You switch the bot language between Uzbek and Russian — the summary and buttons arrive in that language. And “Rejali biznes hisobotlar” (Scheduled business reports) turns on regular reports sent to the bot in addition to the daily summary. The settings screen itself shows your current name, language, summary time and selected business at a glance.
