pDaftar plans and wallet: free plan, 10-day trial and top-ups

Paying for a ledger is a serious question for a shop owner. In pDaftar the core work runs on the free plan with no time limit, and you try the extra features for 10 days first. Every payment goes through a single wallet, so you can always see where the money went and how much.

The free plan — no time limit

Every shop owner who registers gets the free plan, and it does not run out. Clients, recording debts and payments, sales — all of it works on this plan. The free plan also includes 25 SMS, so you can try reminders without paying anything.

Paid plans differ in how long client history is kept, the number of SMS and other limits. The exact list and prices live on the pricing page — we do not quote numbers here because they can change. In the app, your current plan and its expiry date are shown in the Profile section. When you move from the free plan to a paid one, your records stay exactly as they are; only the features expand.

The 10-day trial — once, and you turn it on yourself

Before buying a paid plan you can try it free for 10 days. You activate the trial yourself by choosing a plan in the app: nothing switches on automatically, and no money is taken from the wallet. Each user gets the trial once.

During the trial every feature of the plan is open. As the end approaches the app reminds you: if you like it, buy the plan from the wallet; if not, your records stay in place and only the paid features close. Buying after the trial is a separate step — the trial does not turn into a paid subscription by itself.

The wallet — all payments from one place

“Wallet” in the Profile section is your balance in pDaftar. You top it up through Payme or Click: enter the amount, choose the payment system and confirm on the payment page. Once the money reaches your balance, plans and SMS packages are bought from it.

Every top-up and every charge stays in the wallet history — when, how much and what for. On an Android phone the top-up opens in the web version: the app takes you to the right page without asking for a password. On iPhone the top-up happens inside the app.

When your subscription runs out, you extend it from the wallet with the “Extend subscription period” button. A reminder arrives before the expiry date, so as long as there are funds in the wallet, your work does not stop.

  • Top-up — via Payme and Click
  • Charges — plan, subscription extension, SMS packages
  • History — every deposit and charge with its date

SMS packages

If the SMS in your plan run out or you send more reminders, you buy an SMS package from the wallet. Packages differ in size, and in a larger package a single SMS costs less. Prices are on the pricing page.

SMS from a package work just like the plan’s SMS: automatic reminders, messages sent by hand and templates all draw on the same pool. Even without a package, if there are funds in the wallet, each SMS is charged individually — reminders do not stop.

How to use it

  1. In the Profile section, check your current plan and wallet balance.

  3. Tap “Wallet” → “Top up”, enter the amount and choose Payme or Click.
  4. Confirm on the payment page — the money lands on your balance.
  5. From the balance, buy a plan, extend the subscription or pick a package under “SMS packages”.

Frequently asked questions

When does the free plan end?

It does not. The free plan has no time limit: clients, debts and payments are always available on it. Paid plans add features and limits.

Can I activate the trial a second time?

No, the 10-day trial is given to each user once. After that a plan is bought from the wallet.

Can I get money back out of the wallet?

The wallet is meant for services inside pDaftar: plans, subscription extensions and SMS packages. So top up the amount you will actually need.

If my plan expires, is my data deleted?

No. Your records are kept and you continue on the free plan. Only the paid features close.
