Which devices are signed in to your account: view and end sessions

A phone gets lost, an old one is sold, a password leaks — and your account may still be open on those devices. In pDaftar all active sessions sit in one list, and you end any unwanted one with a single tap.

What the list shows

Open Profile → “Qurilmalar” (Devices) and every session signed in to your account has its own row: device name, platform (Android, iOS or Web), IP address and when it was last used. The device in your hands right now is marked “Joriy” (current) and cannot be removed.

The list is sorted by last activity. A session nobody has used for a month drops to the bottom and stands out — those are usually exactly the rows that should be ended. The IP address shows which network the sign-in came from: your home, your shop, or somewhere you do not recognize at all.

Each row has a platform icon, so you tell a phone from a browser at a glance. If you own two phones, both appear as separate rows — that is normal, you use them both yourself.

  • Device name and platform — phone or browser
  • IP address — which network the sign-in came from
  • Last activity — minutes, hours or days ago

Ending one session

Tap the delete icon next to an unfamiliar or outdated row and confirm. That device is signed out of the account immediately: the app there will ask to sign in again. Your current device is not affected.

This matters most when you have sold an old phone or given it to a child. Even if you forgot to delete the app, you close the session from here. The same goes for a lost phone: sign in from the new one and end the lost phone’s session. If the lost phone had a PIN code turned on, the ledger will not open anyway, but end the session all the same.

Ending all of them at once

At the bottom of the list there is a “Barcha devicelarni chiqarib yuborish” (sign out of all devices) button. It closes every session except the current one. If you suspect someone has learned your password, tap this button first, then set a new password under Profile → “Change password”. The order matters: sign the devices out first, then change the password.

Ending sessions does not touch your data: clients, debts and sales stay on the server. Only the sign-in on those devices is canceled, and the app there returns to the sign-in screen. Signing back in needs the number and the new password, so whoever knew the old one cannot get back in. A seller on your staff signs in with their own account, so when they leave it is not a session you close but their access to the shop — that is a separate section.

The web version and one-time links are here too

When you sign in on a computer through web.pdaftar.uz, that session appears in the list with the platform “Web”. When you jump from the app to the web with one tap, a new web session opens as well and lands in this same list.

When you finish, ending the session from this section of the mobile app is more reliable than just closing the browser — especially on a shared computer. Make it a habit to review the list once a month: close the rows you do not recognize, and the ones you recognize but no longer need.

How to use it

  1. In the mobile app, open Profile and choose the “Qurilmalar” row.
  2. Look through the list: the current device is marked, the rest show their last activity.
  3. Tap the delete icon next to an unfamiliar or old device and confirm.
  4. If your suspicion is serious, tap “Barcha devicelarni chiqarib yuborish”.
  5. Set a new password under Profile → “Change password”.

Frequently asked questions

I see an unfamiliar device in the list. What should I do?

End it right away, then change your password. If your suspicion is strong, sign out of all devices — your current phone stays signed in.

Can I end the current device from here too?

No, the current device is marked in the list and cannot be removed. To sign out of it, tap “Sign out” in the Profile section.

If I end a session, will my data be deleted?

No. Clients, debts and sales are stored on the server. You will only need to sign in again on that device.

Can my seller see my devices too?

No. Each user sees and manages only the devices signed in to their own account.
