How to sign in to pDaftar: password, Telegram, Google and PIN code

Your shop ledger is information about your money. Getting into it should be easy for you and closed to everyone else. pDaftar gives you several ways to sign in — you pick the one that suits you, and inside the app a PIN code and your fingerprint stand guard.

Phone number and password — the main way in

When you register, your phone number is confirmed with an SMS code (OTP) and you set a password. From then on you sign in with that number and password every time — in the mobile app and in the web version alike. One account, one set of data: a debt you write down on the phone shows up on the computer.

Forgot your password? Tap “Forgot Password” on the sign-in screen. An SMS code arrives on your number; enter it and set a new password. If the code does not arrive, there is a “Resend Code” button. Inside the app you can change the password at any time under Profile → “Change password”.

If your phone number changes, update it in the profile settings (“Update phone number”): an SMS code goes to the new number, and once you confirm it the account moves over. Signing in with the old number stops working; your data stays exactly where it was.

Signing in with Telegram or Google

If you would rather not memorize a password, the mobile app has a “Telegram orqali kirish” (sign in with Telegram) button. Telegram opens, you confirm the sign-in and come back to pDaftar — no password to type. For shop owners who live in Telegram anyway, this is the fastest route.

You can also sign in with a Google account — in the mobile app and in the web version. New users see Google offered first at registration because it is the shortest path: one tap instead of typing a phone number and waiting for an SMS code. You fill in your phone number in the profile afterwards.

PIN code and fingerprint — the lock inside the app

Hand your phone to your child or an employee and the ledger should not stay open. Under Profile → “Security settings” you set a 4-digit PIN: enter it twice and the app saves it. From then on the app asks for the PIN before it opens.

Once a PIN is set, and if your phone supports it, a “Fingerprint login” switch appears — unlock with your fingerprint or your face. Turn it on and the app asks for your fingerprint each time, with the PIN kept as the fallback. If you forget the PIN, the only way to reset it is to reinstall the app — so choose a number you will remember.

The web version has a similar PIN lock: when you open it in a new tab or step away for a while, the page asks for the PIN. On a shared computer this is a real help — even if you forget to close the browser, the ledger does not stay open.

Which method to choose

For day-to-day work the most convenient setup is to sign in once and lock the app with a PIN or fingerprint. You stop typing the password every time, yet nobody else can open the ledger. When you move to a new phone, sign in with your phone number and password or with Google — your data is waiting for you.

Every sign-in counts as a separate session and appears in the Profile → “Qurilmalar” (Devices) list. If you sell your old phone or your password gets into the wrong hands, end that session right from this list.

How to use it

  1. Open the app, enter your phone number and password, and tap “Sign In”.
  2. Or tap “Telegram orqali kirish” / “Sign in with Google” and confirm in the window that opens.
  3. On a computer, open web.pdaftar.uz — sign in with the same number and password, or with Google.
  4. Under Profile → “Security settings”, turn on the PIN code and enter your 4-digit code twice.
  5. Once the PIN is set, turn on “Fingerprint login” — when the phone prompts you, confirm with your finger.

Frequently asked questions

I forgot my password. What do I do?

Tap “Forgot Password” on the sign-in screen. An SMS code arrives on your number; enter it and set a new password.

What if the SMS code does not arrive?

Wait a moment and tap “Resend Code”. Check that the number is entered correctly, in international format.

What happens if I forget my PIN code?

To reset the PIN you will need to reinstall the app. Your data is stored on the server, so everything is back in place once you sign in again.

Can I sign in to one account from two phones?

Yes. Each sign-in is a separate session and shows up in Profile → “Qurilmalar” (Devices). You can end any of them whenever you need.
