Voice call reminders: your text becomes a call to the customer

Some customers never read an SMS, but everyone answers a phone call. That is what voice calls are for: you write the text, pDaftar turns it into speech and calls the customer. Who listened and who could not be reached is shown in the statistics.

How it works

First you pick a template or write your own: the text can be in Uzbek, Russian or English. The app prepares audio from the text — with the “Listen” button you hear it yourself before sending. Then you pick the customers and send: pDaftar calls each of them and plays the audio.

System templates are ready to use, and you create your own in the “Templates” tab. Unlike SMS templates, a voice template does not wait for moderation.

A template has a name and a text; the audio is generated from the text automatically, you do not record anything yourself. If you change the text, the audio is prepared again — once the “Generating audio...” note disappears, listen to it once more. System templates cannot be edited, but you use them side by side with your own.

Voice, speed and tone

On the “Voice call settings” screen you choose the voice, speaking speed and tone for each language. Leave it on “Default” and the voice set in the template is used. The setting affects only this shop’s calls — each shop has its own.

Keep the text short and clear: your shop name, the amount and when you expect it. A long text makes the call drag on and the customer may not listen to the end. If you do not like the tone when you listen, change the setting or use “Reset” to go back to the default.

  • Voice — from the options available for the language
  • Speed — slower or faster speech
  • Tone — how the message sounds

Who gets called and when

On the “Voice call” screen tap “New mailing” and pick the template and the customers: “All”, “Debtors”, “Creditors” or one by one. Set “Send at” and the calls start at that time; leave it empty and they start right away. A scheduled mailing can be canceled until its time comes.

For calls, your shop’s phone number must be verified — so the customer can see who is calling. The app checks this before sending.

Calling a single customer is done on the same screen — you just pick that one customer. If the voice service is temporarily unavailable, the app tells you before sending and the mailing is not created.

Statistics and limit

Each mailing card shows the total number of calls, how many completed and how many failed. Inside, you see the status per customer: “Scheduled”, “Pending”, “Processing”, “Completed” or “Failed”. The “History” tab keeps all calls by date.

Voice calls come out of your plan’s limit; when the limit is used up, they are charged to your wallet balance. The limits section on the home screen shows “Voice message limit”: how many calls your plan includes and how many are used. Limits and terms are on the pricing page.

In the web version

In the web version the “Voice calls” page offers the same things: the template editor, listening to the audio, picking customers and the call history. Preparing a mailing to many customers is more comfortable on a computer.

How to use it

  1. In the mobile app open the “Voice call” screen (in the web version — the “Voice calls” page).
  2. In the “Templates” tab pick a ready template or write a new one, and play it with “Listen”.
  3. If you need to, change the voice, speed and tone under “Voice call settings”.
  4. Under “New mailing” pick the template and customers, set “Send at” or send right away.
  5. Follow the completed and failed calls on the mailing card.

Frequently asked questions

What happens if the customer does not answer?

The call is marked as failed and shows in the statistics. You can send those customers a new mailing later.

Does a voice template need moderation?

No. Write the text, listen to the audio and send straight away.

Which languages can the calls be in?

The template text is written in Uzbek, Russian or English; the voice for each language is chosen in the settings. If a language has only one voice, the app tells you.

Are voice calls included in the free plan?

Calls come out of your plan limit or your wallet balance. How many calls each plan includes is shown on the pricing page.
