Shop dashboard: balances, debtors and charts on one screen

The “Statistics” page in the mobile app

The app’s main menu has a “Statistics” page with three tabs — “Clients”, “Suppliers” and “Products”. The “Clients” tab shows the income and expense balance for each currency, followed by the “Debtors”, “Creditors” and “Settlement” lists. Who owes you and whom you owe — right here, already sorted.

Below is a chart comparing debts and payments by week, month or year. Under the chart sits the activity history — the latest debts and payments by date. The “Suppliers” tab gives the same view for suppliers: how much you owe them and how much they owe you.

The Dashboard in the web version

In the web version, “Dashboard” is a separate page. At the top are the key numbers: total customers, number of debtors, payments and overdue debts. Then come the balance cards, then the debts and payments chart. You change the period with the “week”, “month” and “year” buttons or by picking an exact date range.

The breakdown of debts by status (paid, open, overdue) appears as a separate diagram. The suppliers chart and the product statistics section are on the same page. On a big screen everything fits in a single glance, which makes the web version handy for a morning check.

What the chart tells you

The chart has two lines: debts recorded and payments received. If the payments line runs below the debts line, the money out on the street is growing — time to step up reminders and keep a closer eye on overdue debts. On a monthly view you can see seasonality: which months sell more, which months payments slow down.

On the web Dashboard, the number of overdue debts has its own card. If it stays near zero, the reminders are doing their job; if it keeps growing, open the debtors list and see who needs a call.

A widget on your phone’s home screen

You can see the key numbers without opening the app: pDaftar adds a widget to your phone’s home screen. It shows income and expense for customers and suppliers, plus cash register income, expense and balance. The numbers refresh whenever the app is opened, and the widget shows when it was last updated.

The widget shows the shop’s main currency. When you pick up your phone in the morning, how much money came in yesterday and how much is left in the cash register is right there — no need to open the app and walk through the pages. If you want the exact figure, tap the widget and the app itself opens.

Access for sellers

By default the dashboard and charts are visible to the shop owner. For a seller to see them, you grant the permission to view statistics and charts in the permissions matrix. Without that permission, the seller only sees the screens that belong to their own work.

If you have several shops, the dashboard shows the selected shop — switch shops and the numbers switch with it. Each shop keeps its own customers, suppliers and cash register, so the figures never blend together.
