Which sheets are in the file

The report is one Excel file with several sheets. The “Clients” sheet lists every customer’s name, phone, balance in dollars and sums, and the date they were added. The “Transactions” sheet holds every debt and payment: customer, amount, currency, date, note and status. The “Suppliers” and “Supplier Transactions” sheets do the same for suppliers.

The cash register is included as well: “Kassa Summary” gives the period totals, “Kassa Entries” lists every income and expense entry. So one file holds the money your shop has out on the street, what you owe suppliers and the movement in the cash register, side by side. Customers are sorted by balance — the biggest debtor at the top of the list.

How to get it in the mobile app and the web version

In the mobile app, the customer list on the home screen has a “Download debt ledger” button. It opens the exports panel: “Create New Export” builds a new file, and below it every earlier export is listed with its date. The file is prepared in the background and can be downloaded once it is ready.

The web version has an export panel on the customers page; there you can choose CSV as well as Excel. For a seller to run an export, they need the data-export permission in the permissions matrix — otherwise the button is not shown to them.

Limit and wallet

The whole-shop report has its own limit in the plan. Once it is used up, the next file is paid from your pDaftar wallet; if the wallet is empty, the export is not created and the app asks you to top up. The limits are listed on the pricing page. Files created earlier stay in the list, and downloading them again is free.

Scheduled delivery through the Telegram bot

The Telegram bot has a “Rejali biznes hisobotlar” (scheduled business reports) setting. You choose a mode — “Har X kunda” (every X days, for example daily or every 3 days) or “Oyiga X marta” (X times a month) — and then set the delivery time. At the appointed time the bot sends you the file in Telegram, without you opening the app.

Scheduled reports draw on the same plan limit. If the limit is used up, you give one-time consent to automatic charging from the wallet; without that consent the bot does not send the file and reminds you. So nothing is ever taken from your wallet without your knowledge.

Why it is convenient

At the start of each month you send your accountant one file — customers, suppliers and cash register all in one place. If a partner needs to see the state of the shop, there is no need to give them access to the app. The data is yours, as a file, stored wherever you like. Even if you switch apps or lose your phone, the last export stays in your hands.
