When a delivery note is created, and from what

A delivery note comes only from a sale that has product lines — that is, a sale entered through the sales calculator with a name, quantity and price for each item. A plain “I wrote down an amount” debt has no lines, so its receipt does not count as a delivery note and gets no QR.

The document is prepared in A4 format, in Uzbek or Russian. It carries the shop name and phone number and, for each product, the name, quantity, unit of measure, price, discount and line total. Once issued, the delivery note is “frozen”: even if you edit the sale later, the paper in the buyer’s hands and the document behind the link stay identical.

The link and the QR — what the buyer sees

The QR on the delivery note opens a link of the form pdaftar.uz/n/…. This page opens without the app, in an ordinary browser: the shop name, its phone number and the table of products. The debt balance and other bookkeeping details are not shown on the page — a link can travel further than the paper does.

The same PDF is also sent to the client through the Telegram bot, so the copy you see in the app and the one the client received are the same. The link can be shared as a message too.

If you want to hand over paper, print the delivery note on a regular printer on A4. On a thermal printer you get a receipt with the product lines, and the same QR is printed on it, so the buyer can scan that one and receive the goods just as well.

Receiving the goods by QR

If the buyer is on pDaftar too, they tap “Scan the QR code on a pDaftar receipt” on the receiving screen. The app finds the delivery note, asks “Import nakladnoy” (nakladnoy is the app’s word for a delivery note) and fills in the receiving form with the products, quantities and prices. The buyer only checks and saves.

This import is free — unlike reading a photo with AI, nothing is deducted from your balance. One delivery note cannot be received twice: if the QR is scanned again, the app warns “This stock-in has already been accepted”. You look through the lines in the receiving form before saving.

In the web version

The sales calculator in the web version also prints the A4 delivery note with the same QR. On the receiving side, you tidy up the lines in the table of the web version’s receiving draft; scanning the QR itself is more convenient in the mobile app.

If your supplier is not on pDaftar yet

When a delivery note reaches you from another program or written by hand, you read it from a photo with AI. Right there the app offers “Invite supplier”: you send the supplier’s details, an invite SMS goes to their number, and the pDaftar team helps them get connected. Once the supplier moves to the app, the next delivery notes arrive with a QR, free of charge.
