Shopping list: send it to your suppliers and get price quotes
Every day something runs out: one thing goes on a scrap of paper, another you promise to remember. Then you call each supplier one by one to ask for prices. The “Shopping” section in pDaftar collects the list in one place and lets you send it to several suppliers at once.
Keeping the list
The Shopping section lives in the side menu of the mobile app. You give a new list a name, then add products with a name, quantity and unit of measure. During the day you jot down whatever is running low. Both a new list and a new product are added with the “+” button on the screen; older lists you find by name.
When a product arrives, you mark it “Purchased” — the list shows the readiness level and what is still remaining. Once everything has arrived, the list is completed and you create a new one; the old lists stay in the history.
Sending the list to suppliers
Through the “Share” button you first choose which products to send — all of them or just some. Then the question “Who do you want to send the list to?” has three possible answers.
“Via pDaftar” — if the supplier is in the app too, you find them among your suppliers or by phone number; the list reaches them inside the app and by SMS. “SMS” — a ready-made text is generated, which you send to any number. “Copy” — you pass the link on yourself, by Telegram or any other messenger.
- Via pDaftar — the supplier sees it in the app under “Pending share requests”
- SMS — the list and the link inside the text
- Link — a pdaftar.uz/q/… page that opens without the app
The supplier names a price, you choose
A supplier who opens the link sees the list in the browser: next to each product they write a price or mark it as not available, add their name, phone, currency and a note, and send it off. A supplier who uses pDaftar does this in their app through “Give price offer”, or rejects the request.
On the supplier’s side this sits in the “Pending share requests” section: it shows how many lists have come in, and each one opens with the products and quantities. They enter the prices and tap “Submit offer”; if needed, they can correct an offer they have already sent. A list that went out by SMS also has the products and the link in the text, so the supplier opens the page in one tap.
The quotes land in your “Proposals” section with their totals; open one to compare the price of each product. Pick the quote you like with “Accept” — the supplier gets an SMS and a push notification. The rest you can reject.
About the limits
Sharing by link and by SMS is unlimited. Sending “Via pDaftar” is limited by count on the free plan and unlimited on paid plans — the details are on the pricing page. For now the Shopping section works only in the mobile app; the supplier, though, opens the link on any device.

Frequently asked questions
Can my supplier quote a price if they don’t use pDaftar?
Yes. If you send the list by SMS or by link, they open it in the browser and enter prices without installing the app.
Can I send one list to several suppliers?
Yes, each share is a separate request. The quotes gather in one section, so you compare the prices side by side.
If I accept a quote, is the purchase recorded automatically?
No. Accepting only notifies the supplier. When the goods arrive, you record the purchase in the supplier account as usual.
Is the shopping list in the web version?
Keeping and sharing the list is done in the mobile app. In the web version, the supplier’s page shows the lists that were sent to them.
If I complete a list, is it deleted?
No. Completed lists stay in the history, and you create a new one for the next shopping run. A list you no longer need can be deleted separately.
