Your shop’s QR code and page: clients scan and see their history
Clients keep asking “how much did I owe again”, and suppliers go hunting for your number. In pDaftar your shop has its own QR code and a public page: one copy goes on the counter, one hangs on your keys, and the rest is handled by scanning.
Where “My QR code” is
The top bar of the home screen has a QR icon — tap it and the “My QR code” window opens. The code does not contain the shop’s secret identifier, only a token that is safe to show to the outside world. From here you send the link via “Share” or choose “Print”.
There are two PDFs to choose from: “Keyring labels” — small tags you cut out and attach to your keys, and “Counter QR stand” — a stand for the counter. The stand reads “Open pDaftar and scan to connect with this shop”.
When a client scans: the pdaftar.uz/sh page
A QR scanned with a phone camera opens a pdaftar.uz/sh/… page. It shows the shop name, a number the client can call, the address and the currency. The balance, settings and card numbers are not on the page.
The page’s “Hisob-kitoblarim tarixini ko‘rish” button (view my transaction history) takes the client to the web version. They enter their phone number, confirm it with an SMS code and see only their own history of debts and payments with this shop. For a client without the app this is the shortest route; the page also has links to the app.
When another business scans
Another business that scans the QR from inside the pDaftar app can do two things. The first is to add you to their supplier list: through “Scan supplier QR” the name, phone and address arrive ready, the shops are linked, and from then on ordering and confirmation work.
The second is to record a debt against you directly. The hint in the app says exactly that: whoever sells you goods on credit can scan this QR code and record the debt right away, without opening your client card. The client details are filled in from the QR, and the transaction comes to you for confirmation.
- Counter stand — so clients can look up their history
- Keyring label — to show quickly at the market or at a supplier’s
- Share — to send the link by Telegram or SMS
How it differs from a client’s personal QR code
This is the shop’s QR code — one code, the same for everyone. Every client also has their own QR code: it opens a pdaftar.uz/c/… link and shows that client’s history only. The shop QR is for the counter and for introductions; the client QR is for a personal card or keyring.
One more difference: if the shop has a QR and its location is set, nearby pDaftar businesses can also find you in the “Nearby suppliers” list. So the QR is not only for scanning — it is also how you become visible in the network.
How to use it
- On the home screen, tap the QR icon at the top — “My QR code” opens.
- Choose “Print” and download the “Keyring labels” or “Counter QR stand” PDF.
- Put the stand on the counter; cut out a label and make it a keyring.
- A client scans the code with their camera, opens “Hisob-kitoblarim tarixini ko‘rish” on the page and confirms with an SMS code.
- Another business scans it from inside the app and adds you as a supplier or records a debt.
Frequently asked questions
Can someone see my balance or my other clients through the QR?
No. The public page shows only the shop name, phone, address and currency. To see history, a client confirms their own number by SMS and sees only their own records.
Where do I print the stand or the keyring?
The app gives you a ready PDF. Print it on any printer or at a print shop; the stand comes out on an A4 sheet, the keyrings as labels to cut out.
Can I get the QR code from the web version?
You take the QR and the PDFs from the “My QR code” window in the mobile app. The client-facing page and the history view work in the browser, in the web version.
Which phone number is shown on the page?
If the shop has a verified phone number — that one; otherwise the owner’s number. Most shops have no separate number, so the number the client sees is usually the owner’s.
