What AI reads from the photo

From the header of the delivery note the scanner picks up the supplier’s name and phone number, the date, the total amount and the currency. From each line it reads the product name, the article code, the quantity, the unit price and the line total. The results are cross-checked: quantity times price must match the line total, and the sum of the lines must be close to the note’s total. If something does not add up, the line is read again.

Many delivery notes write the quantity in two columns: the number of packs and the pieces per pack. The scanner separates them, and you choose “Pieces” or “Packs” for each line, or use “Apply to all” to set one rule for every line. If the same product appears on two lines, they are merged.

Checking and confirming

After scanning, a review page opens. If the supplier is found in your list by phone number, the app shows “Supplier found in your list”. If not, you create the supplier or use the “Invite this supplier?” prompt to ask the pDaftar team to invite them into the system.

Every line can be edited: fix the name, change the quantity, link the product to one that already exists in your warehouse. Once you confirm, the stock receipt is recorded, stock levels are added to the warehouse and the supplier’s balance is updated — exactly as with a stock receipt entered by hand. The receipt then lives in “Stock receipt history”.

Continuing on a computer

Correcting a long delivery note with your thumb on a phone is awkward. That is why the review page has a “Continue on a computer” button. The app gives you a one-time link; you send it to yourself through Telegram or SMS and open it on your computer. You are signed in to the web version automatically and finish the stock receipt on a big screen with a keyboard. Confirmation works the same on both sides: stock levels, product links and the supplier’s balance come out the same no matter which device you finish on.

The link works once and grants access to your account, so do not send it to strangers. The scanned receipt is stored on the server as a draft: even if a phone call interrupts you, it stays in the “Unfinished stock-ins” list and you can continue later.

Cost and permissions

Every plan includes a certain number of free AI scans; once they are used up, each scan is charged to your wallet balance. Before scanning, the app shows the price and your balance and asks you to confirm; if the scan is free, it says “This scan is free.” The exact numbers are on the pricing page.

For seller employees this is a separate permission: the owner can grant or withhold the “AI invoice scanning” permission, because every scan is charged to the shop. An e-delivery-note issued from pDaftar, on the other hand, is received for free through “pDaftar QR” — no AI is needed for that.

Tips for a better result

Lay the delivery note on a flat surface and photograph it in good light, without glare. Make sure no lines are cut off: shoot a long note so that it fits in the frame completely rather than up close. Crumpled or handwritten documents produce more errors, so review such notes carefully on the review page.
