Sales calculator: price × quantity totals saved onto a customer’s debt
A customer takes three different products in different quantities, and you add it all up on your phone’s calculator and copy the result into a notebook. The pDaftar sales calculator turns adding up and writing down into one action: type the lines, see the total, pick the customer and save.
Lines and the result
Each line is typed as “Price*Qty”, for example 12000*3. The calculator has its own keypad, so an expression goes in quickly. The app shows the result of the line and the total of the whole list straight away. Naming a line is optional, but you can type the product name if you like — it will appear on the receipt.
If you search for a product from your warehouse and add it to a line, its price, unit and currency are taken from the product card. With the stock-deduction setting turned on, such lines also reduce the stock on hand. Plain arithmetic lines only calculate — a shop that does not keep stock can still use the calculator.
Saved lists
Every sale is saved as its own list and sits in the tabs at the top. You open a new list, rename it, duplicate it or delete it. The lists window has a date range, sorting by amount and a filter by client — finding yesterday’s sale is easy.
The copy button takes the result as text so you can send it to the customer in a message. A list opens the same way in the mobile app and in the web version — start on the phone, continue on the computer. The “Open Sales calculator” link on a receipt opens that exact saved list, not the last one you had open.
In the web version the list is shown as a table with Name, Price*Qty and Result columns. There is a mode for pricing each line in its own currency — soum and dollar lines sit in one list, and the total is shown separately per currency.
- Tabs — every sale in its own list
- Filters — date, amount, client
- Copy — the total and the lines as text
Saving onto a customer’s debt and the receipt
Use “Choose client” to link the list to a customer, then tap “Sale”. Enter the payment type (cash, card, terminal, bank account or on credit) and the amount paid — the rest is written to the customer’s debt, and the paid part goes into the cash register as income. The list keeps a “Saved as debt” mark and the debt number.
After saving, an invoice-style receipt opens: number, date, client, products, total, amount paid, previous and new balance, seller. You print the receipt on a thermal printer, share it as a PDF or save it as an image. The same receipt can be reopened from the client card.
Plans and permissions
Calculating, saving lists and copying work on every plan. Saving a sale onto a customer’s debt depends on the plan: some plans do not include it or limit the number of sales per month. A locked feature is marked with a padlock; the terms are on the pricing page. You grant a seller permission to use the calculator and to change prices separately.
How to use it
- Open “Sales calculator” from the main menu — a new empty list opens.
- For each product, type “price*qty” on a line or search your warehouse and pick the product.
- Check the total; edit or delete a line if needed.
- Use “Choose client” to link a customer or add a new one.
- Tap “Sale”, enter the payment type and the amount paid, and save.
- Print the receipt or send it to the customer as a PDF.
Frequently asked questions
Can I use it just as a calculator, without a client?
Yes. Without choosing a client you type the lines, see the total and copy it. The list is saved, but no debt is written.
Can one receipt hold both soums and dollars?
Yes. Every line has its own currency, and the total is shown per currency. In the mobile app, saving such a sale writes a separate debt for each currency; in the web version a mixed-currency sale cannot be saved yet — one sale, one currency.
Can I change a saved sale later?
The sale entry on the client card can be edited or canceled; the change stays in the history. The list saved as a debt, however, is frozen as it was.
Which plans include saving a sale as a debt?
This depends on the plan, and some plans limit the number of sales per month. The app warns you when the limit is used up; the full terms are on the pricing page.
