How to run several shops or branches from one pDaftar profile
The day you open a second shop, the bookkeeping gets twice as confusing: which client took credit at which branch, how much cash is in which till. In pDaftar every shop is kept separately, but all of them sit under one phone number. Switching from branch to branch doesn’t mean signing out and back in.
Every shop keeps its own books
In the app a shop is called a “business”. Each business has its own name, address, type of activity and main currency. Clients, debts, suppliers, cash register, stock and sellers are also kept separately per business — one branch’s client never shows up in the other branch’s list.
At the same time, everything sits under one profile. You sign in with one number, pay for SMS from one wallet, and there is one plan. The number of shops depends on the limit in your plan — how many businesses each plan allows is listed on the pricing page.
Settings are per shop as well. Each business has its own SMS templates and reminder settings, its own phone number and exchange rates. If one branch works a lot in dollars and the other only in soums, the rate and currency settings don’t get in each other’s way.
Switching between shops
In the mobile app the home screen has a “My businesses” list. Tap the business you need and the app switches to that shop’s clients, cash register and reports — no signing out and back in. The selected shop is remembered: the next time you open the app, it opens on that shop.
In the web version, choose another shop from the shop picker in the menu and the pages and permissions reload for that shop. You add a new business on the shops page: enter its name, address, type of activity and currency.

Sellers and permissions are attached to a shop
A seller works in only one shop at a time and sees only that shop. If you need to move them to another of your branches, you change the shop in the seller’s profile — no need to add them again. Permissions are tied to the shop too: in each shop you decide separately what to open to the seller.
You yourself can be the owner in one shop and a seller in another. There is just one condition: a number attached as a seller to someone else’s shop can’t open a business of its own — it has to be removed from that shop first.
Reports and the wallet
Each shop’s statistics, cash balance and seller reports are separate, so comparing branches is easy. The figures on the home screen are for the selected shop; to see how another branch is doing, pick it from the list. The actions in a seller’s profile are also shown for that shop only.
SMS reminders go out with each shop’s own name and phone number, so the client knows which branch the message came from. The wallet and the plan belong to the profile and are shared by all your shops.
How to use it
- On the home screen find “My businesses” and tap “Add Business”.
- Enter the new shop’s name, address, type of activity and main currency, then save.
- Tap a business in the list and the app switches to that shop.
- Add a seller to the new shop, or move an existing seller to it.
- In the web version, switch the same way using the shop picker in the menu.

How many shops can I open?

If one client takes credit at both my shops, are the accounts combined?
No. Each shop’s clients and debts are kept separately. The client has a separate card in each shop.
Do I have to sign out and back in to switch shops?
No. Tap the business in the list on the home screen and the app switches to that shop and remembers your choice.
Do I pay a separate plan for each shop?
The plan and the wallet belong to the profile, so they are shared. Sellers are different: each seller needs their own subscription.
